Step 1. Review Practice Information
- Drop-in fee: $12 per workout
- USMS membership required
- All workouts are structured and coach-led
- Morning sessions: 1-hour or 1.5-hour options Noon sessions: 1-hour
- Bring swim gear if you have it: Fins, paddles, snorkel, kickboard. Equipment is optional and not required
- Check the swim calendar for practice times and pool locations.
